Your Bethel area forecast details:

Today: High pressure to our north keeps a stationary front offshore. That means we stay warm and humid, but dry. High temperatures top out around 80 degrees, which is more than 10 degrees above normal for this time of the year. Enjoy it before autumn makes a comeback.

Tonight: The theme of summer-like nights continue. Skies will be partly cloudy, but watch out for areas of fog. It stays on the humid side, as lows only fall back into the mid-60s.

Tuesday: Some more moisture tries to move into our area, meaning there could be a stray shower or two. Other than that, the day is generally warm and quiet. High temperatures reach the mid to upper 70s.

Wednesday into Thursday: There is a better chance of rain as the week wears on. Each day sees scattered showers, along with somewhat cooler air. Highs are forecast to be in the lower 70s.

Friday: Depending on when the storm finally moves away, clouds could linger. With that said, it will eventually clear out and turn cooler. Highs are expected to be in the mid to upper 60s.
