Your Bethel area forecast details:

Today: Thanks to high pressure over the Northeast, we can enjoy another fantastic September day. Sunshine mixes with fair weather clouds, as highs reach the upper 60s. This is pretty close to where we should be this time of the year.

Tonight: Milder air advances in ahead of a weakening cold front to our west. The result is partly cloudy skies and lows only dropping back into the mid-50s. This will be a big change after the chilly lower 40s we have had the last few nights.

Tuesday: With the push of warmer air also comes a possible shower or two. No worries, most of the day stays dry, despite increased cloudiness. Highs temperatures make it into the lower 70s.

Wednesday: Conditions continue to warm up and the return of sunshine will help those temperatures climb. High temperatures reach the mid-70s and there is only a slight risk of a passing shower.

Late-week: It turns even more humid on Thursday and there could be an isolated thunderstorm. A few showers are possible on the first day of autumn, Friday, but temperatures stay on the warm side.
