Visions for Vacancy: Open Greenwood Ave Lot

What would you like to see fill this vacant spot along Bethel's commercial center?

In this modern version of community planning — Patch's version of a charrette, a digital drawing board where all ideas are on the table — we’re asking you the reader to tell us what you’d like to see in Bethel’s open commercial spaces.

In the last installment, readers talked about what they would like to see the former home of Vintage Treasures on Greenwood Ave.

This week we move up the street to the vacant lot between Burger King (265 Greenwood Ave.) and 255 Greenwood Ave., just across from Beach Street.

Though just up the road, the lot sits in the center of a commercial district more suited to drive-up business than the more pedestrian-oriented P.T. Barnum Square.

What business would you like to see occupy this vacant space? What do you think would best succeed at that location?
