Home Builders Association of Connecticut Honors Toll Brothers with Five HOBI Awards

Toll Brothers, Inc., the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, was recently honored with five Home Builders Association of Connecticut awards. The awards included Community of the Year in Connecticut, Best Townhome Community, Best Luxury Townhome, Best Single-Family Home, and Best Existing Home Selling Solution Program. The awards were presented during a HOBI awards dinner that took place on November 15.

The complete list of awards for the 2011 HOBI includes:

  • Community of the Year – The Summit at Bethel
  • Best Townhouse Community - The Summit at Bethel
  • Best Luxury Townhome for the Bethel model - The Summit at Bethel;
  • Best Single-Family Home $500,000 - $600,000 for the Ellsworth Williamsburg model - Estates at Wallingford
  • Best Existing Home Selling Solution Program - Toll Brothers’ Center Stage home staging program
