Molten Java and Byrd's Books Celebrate Grand Re-Opening

Hawaiian chicken and falafel made for interesting food choices at the Grand Opening.

Wearing grass skirts and leis, the employees of Molten Java were kept hopping all day long as they served up their usual fare.  An unusual Hawaiian falafel and chicken were available outdoors, and served up along with eukele music inside.  Upstairs, Alice Hutchinson had plenty of company as shoppers made themselves comfortable and stayed for a chat.

The ribbon cutting was attended by the usual officials, First Selectman Matthew Knickerbocker and Rep. Dan Carter, who joined the gathering of staff on the steps of 213 Greenwood Ave for a photo opportunity.

Congratulations to Molten Java and Byrd's Books!
