If you haven't tried the year-old pizza place, Sal'z co-owner Sal Sproviero gives his quick pitch. The restaurant joins a wide variety of dining spots in offering a special restaurant week selection, and we're popping in throughout the week to see what's on the menu.

Sal'z is offering a dine-in special (a house salad, fountain sodas, medium one-topping pizza, cannoli or NY Style Cheesecake) or a take-out special of two large cheese pizzas for $21.99.
