Veterans, family and friends gathered to pay honor to those who fought in the Vietnam War. The wall, which had been assembled earlier in the week, recognizes the thousands who died there. Members of the Greater Danbury area, including Bethel, honored those who had given their lives for their country.
Private First Class Gary C. Griswold and Private First Class William B. Mitchell, both of Bethel, were honored during the ceremony.
