Fashion Star, 9:30 p.m., NBC
If it wins, you can buy it. But will you want to? Meet NBC's foray into Project Runway territory, with a decidely consumer-ist aspect. Starring Elle McPherson, Jessica Simpson and Nicole Richie.

New Girl, 9 p.m., Fox
Schmidt needs his own show. Now.

Justified, 10 p.m., FX

Raylan's troubles were certainly quickly rectified last week; tonight, "Raylan chases a Dixie Mafia soldier who may be the key to taking down Quarles; Ava turns brutal in order to protect a prostitute." An angry Ava is to be reckoned with, people. Pay attention.

Note that the reason the beach was closed (geese) is still a problem, still causes beach closings and plane crashes, yet no one can do anything about it apparently!
