'Water for Elephants,' 'The Conspirator' Play at Bethel Cinema

 adds two films this week according to owners Pamela and Ken Karpen's weekly newsletter. Here are the details:

Based on a bestselling novel, "Water for Elephants" is a love story between a circus star (Reese Witherspoon) and a newcomer to the big top (Robert Pattinson). "They discover beauty amidst the world of the Big Top, and come together through their compassion for a special elephant. Against all odds -- including the wrath of Marlena's charismatic but dangerous husband, August -- Jacob and Marlena find lifelong love." The film is rated PG-13 and is 121 minutes long. "The Conspirator," is about the trial of the lone female charged as a co-conspirator in the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. "As the whole nation turns against her, she is forced to rely on her reluctant lawyer to uncover the truth and save her life." The film is rated PG-13 and is 122 minutes long.
