Local Musicians Organize All Day Music Benefit for the New Molten Java

What: An all day music concert to benefit the new Molten Java Coffeehouse 

Confirmed Musicians:

• Acoustic: Michel Rae Driscoll, Amanda Bloom, Marc Huberman, J.D. Hill, Mar Walker, Neil Corday, Joey Vee and My Dad's Truck!
• Electric: Seth Lefferts and the Side Effects, Molten Java Jazz Trio, Phoenix Tree, Mr. Happy Cloud, The Hip Replacements, Burnkit2600

Where: (Old) Molten Java, 102 Greenwood Avenue, Bethel

When: Sunday, December 18 – 12-10 p.m., $5 suggested cover (includes a free drink)

Why: Two local musicians and loyal patrons to Molten Java decided to hold one last musical event with all the musicians from the Danbury and Bethel scene who helped make this venue what it is. Throughout the day, an array of diverse talent, both solo acoustic, the Wednesday evening Jazz Trio and electric groups will perform. The money will be used for a special “housewarming” present for the new Molten Java, currently under construction at 213 Greenwood Avenue.
