"Dream of Life" reveals a complicated charismatic personality of the “godmother of punk”.  Patti Smith who narrates the film, wrestles with life's many paradoxes and explores themes of spirituality, history and self-expression.  She defines the human experience as an overwhelming contradiction.  She pulls the strings of her guitar and simply makes music.

This VIP fundraising event on Friday, April 8th at the Palace Danbury begins at 5:45 and includes bountiful hors d'ouevres by Michael Bick of Some Things Fishy Catering, wine, beer and refreshments.  The cost of the movie and VIP reception is $45.
