Ladies Night Knife Skills Class

Do you love to cook but find the preparation takes too much time? Do you spend money on fancy gadgets that are supposed to save you time and labor? Most chefs will tell you that their knife is their best tool. This class will teach you how to use your knife safely and effectively. You will learn how to make everyday tasks easier and cut down on prep time. You will also learn decorative cuts and simple garnishes. Bring a cutting board and your favorite knife with you (we can sharpen it too). Class will be demonstration, as well as hands-on cutting so you can “sharpen” your skills. Enjoy a salad at the end of class and, bring a bottle of wine if you so desire.
