Absolut Art Gallery ~ Both Sides Now

The Grand Opening of the Absolut Gallery will be held at the Inn At Newtown on Sunday, August 26 from 2:00-4:00 pm.

The premier presentation of the Absolut Gallery will be the dual exhibit BOTH SIDES NOW! — A study in contrasting styles, techniques and inspirations by artists Gayle Gleckler and Tony Woolner of North Salem, NY. In this is creative collaboration; acrylic painter Gleckler and monoprint artist Woolner share their views of Portugal reflecting by their unique artistic perspectives.

As a tribute to the exhibit and the show, jazz singer Lisa Maxwell will perform the title song, BOTH SIDES NOW! — Inspired by the Joni Mitchell classic, "It's life's illusions we recall…" Ms. Maxwell will also perform a number of tunes from her show at The Metropolitan Room and her recent albums.
