Art for All, Three Week Gallery Bonanza Begins This Weekend

Three galleries, three weeks, many local artists

This weekend begins a three week marathon of in Danbury.  The first event is at the Art and Frame Shop in Danbury.

From the Mercurial Gallery website:

The Art-for-All is an art event to the power of three: three venues, weekends, juries and prizes.  A portion of the proceeds from all art sales will be donated to the Hispanic Center of Greater Danbury. A $500 prize will be awarded for the best in show at each venue, to be determined by an outside juror(s).  Submissions are open to all.  Venue and submission information is below.

Submission deadline:

 2/21/12.

Opening reception: 2/25/12, 5 - 7pm. Exhibit through 3/11. 

Jurors: Susan Blumenthal & Susan Chabot

Open for submissions Mon. - Fri. 10am - 7pm, Sat. 10am - 6pm and Sun. noon - 5pm. Art pick-up Mar. 12 through 15.
