CT United Ride Will Snare Bethel Traffic Sunday

Traffic will be stopped on certain roads for up to 45 minutes Sunday for the annual Sept. 11 tribute.

The CT United Motorcycle Ride will be coming through Bethel Sunday afternoon.

With the thousands of bikes coming up from Norwalk together, residents should also expect some traffic delays Sunday, as well.

The procession is expected to be in Bethel by around 12:15 p.m. Sunday, traveling from Route 58 northbound, turning right onto Route 302 and then east into Newtown.

Traffic could be stopped for up to 45 minutes in areas as they drive by.

Bethel police and fire department personnel will be at key intersections directing traffic.
