Holiday Cookie Swap at Bethel Senior Center

Come celebrate the holiday season by swapping holiday cookies and learn how to make them healthier. Bring two dozen of your favorite cookies to swap on Wednesday, December 18th from 1pm to 3pm at the Bethel Senior Center. A nutrition student will be there to give suggestions for healthy substitutions and hand out recipes. Call the Bethel Senior Center (203) 792-3048 with any question
