Ray Allen Basketball ProCamp

Former UCONN All-American Ray Allen announces the date for his Ray Allen Basketball ProCamp.

The two-day event is August 11th-12th at Edwin O. Smith High School from 9:00 AM- 12:30 PM.

Allen will be on site during camp to direct camp activities and provide instruction. He will be joined by a selection of the top prep and college coaches from the Storrs area.

The camp is open to boys and girls ages 7 to 18 and focuses on the team concept and fundamentals of basketball. Groups will be small to ensure that each camper gets personalized instruction. Allen will also give daily talks highlighting the finer points of the game of basketball and beyond.

Each camper receives an autographed camp team photo with Allen, exclusive camp T-shirt, goodie bag, and the opportunity to win additional prizes. Cost of the ProCamp is $149.

Also, for the first time, as part of registration, Citi cardmembers (camp participant and one parent/chaperone) are exclusively eligible to participate in an on-site luncheon with Ray Allen following the camp on August 12. Each luncheon attendee will receive Ray's photograph and autograph.

Additional information and registration is available by visiting www.rayallencamp.com or by calling 888-389-CAMP (2267).

"Bethel teachers are not only educating students, but when society lets kids down, it’sRead More teachers who step in to fill the gap." Explain to me how an average salary of $60,000 per year for working 183 days during that year and an EXTREMELY generous retirement package (compared to the 240 a year the rest of us have to work) considered "society letting them down"?
